Notices the stress you miss.

You won’t have to keep checking in with yourself. Most of us don’t notice stress until it’s already peaked. Sensors on both sides of your wrist track your heart, your skin and how you move, around the clock. Our algorithms turn those readings into a moment-by-moment picture of your stress.

  • Heart rate
  • Heart rate variability
  • Electrodermal activity (EDA)
  • Skin temperature
  • Motion
02 / Recognizes

Knows stress from a flight of stairs.

So you won’t get buzzed for climbing them. AcuSera measures electrodermal activity (EDA): tiny changes in your skin’s sweat response, driven directly by your stress response. Most wearables don’t track it. Paired with your heart rhythm and movement, it tells real stress apart from a flight of stairs.

How AcuSera detects stress

03 / Responds

Vibration therapy that starts before you think to ask.

You won’t have to stop, find a quiet room or remember how to breathe. When stress builds, AcuSera starts vibration therapy at the P6 acupoint on your inner wrist. The same vibration guides your breathing: it swells for four seconds as you breathe in and fades for seven as you breathe out. No screen, nothing to tap, no practice needed. You can keep doing what you were doing.

04 / V3

This is V3. Yours will be smaller.

What you’re looking at is our working prototype, built to prove every part works together on the wrist. The AcuSera you’ll wear does everything V3 does in a smaller, lighter, more refined design, made to look good every day.

See how it works

Meditation apps work, if you remember to open them.

The hardest part of calming down is noticing you need to. Your watch tells you later, in a graph. AcuSera notices for you and starts vibration therapy on your wrist, right then. No app, no quiet room, no time set aside. You just get the moment back.

Zaydan Ahmed, founder of AcuSera
At sixteen, stress triggered my first epileptic seizure. Behind the wheel. On the highway.
My car flipped four times.
I walked away.

Stress turned out to be my most consistent trigger, and the one I was worst at noticing. Every wearable I tried could tell I was stressed. None of them did anything about it in the moment. So I’m building the one that does, so nobody has to rely on noticing in time.

AcuSera is a wellness device. It isn’t designed to detect, predict, or prevent seizures.

Built for people who can’t stop to breathe.

Mindfulness shouldn’t need a quiet room and twenty spare minutes. AcuSera is made for the days you get neither.

Caregivers

You look after everyone else

When you’re caring for someone, your own stress is the last thing you notice. AcuSera notices it for you, while it’s still small, and responds before you’re running on empty, so you have something left for yourself.

First responders

On shift, there’s no quiet room

No time or space to open a meditation app between calls. AcuSera responds right on your wrist when stress builds. No screen, nothing to tap, and nobody else notices. You stay ready for the next call.

High-pressure moments

Before the big moment

The presentation, the exam, the game. Follow the wave on your wrist: breathe in as it swells for four seconds, out as it fades for seven. A long, slow exhale while you wait your turn, so you walk in steady.

Watch a day through AcuSera.

The blue line is your stress through the day. When it crosses the dashed line, AcuSera responds. A workout or a small rise doesn’t set it off.

AcuSera combines approaches researchers have studied for years: rhythmic wrist vibration, the P6 acupoint, and slow, paced breathing. Now we’re testing AcuSera itself, with our own clinical study alongside academic medical researchers.

Questions.

What does it feel like?

A gentle vibration on your inner wrist at P6 that swells and fades in a slow wave: about four seconds up as you breathe in, seven down as you breathe out. The vibration therapy and the breathing guide are the same thing, happening at once. You can change the pattern and the strength in the app.

How is it different from my smartwatch?

Most smartwatches and rings show you a stress score, and a few send an alert. AcuSera responds on its own: when it detects stress building, it starts vibration therapy at the P6 acupoint, in a slow wave that guides your breathing. It also measures EDA, your skin’s sweat response, which most wearables don’t track.

How does it know I’m stressed?

It reads your heart rate, heart rate variability, EDA (your skin’s sweat response), skin temperature and movement together. Our model was trained and tested on lab stress sessions, and our clinical study will measure how it performs in everyday life. More on detection

Do I need to know how to meditate?

No. AcuSera notices stress for you, and the vibration guides your breathing: in as it swells, out as it fades. No experience, no app to open and no quiet room needed.

Can I change the breathing pattern?

Yes. The default wave is four seconds in, seven out. In the app you can switch to box breathing (equal counts in, hold, out, hold), 4-7-8 (in for 4, hold for 7, out for 8), or slow breathing at around six breaths a minute. The research behind each

Why the P6 point?

P6 is an acupoint on the inner wrist, between the two tendons. It has been used in acupressure for centuries and studied in clinical research for decades. AcuSera delivers its vibration therapy right there. More on P6

Is there an app?

Yes. The AcuSera app shows your stress score, your stress moments, how fast you recover, and the times of day stress tends to start for you.

How much will it cost?

We expect AcuSera to launch between $299 and $399. The final price will be set before orders open. Founders Club members get $75 off whatever it is, and your $10 is fully refundable until you order.

What happens to my $10?

It’s credited toward your AcuSera when you order. If you change your mind, email us and we’ll refund it.

When does it ship?

We’ll announce the ship date when orders open. Founders Club members hear it first and get first access.

Is the device in the photos the one I’ll get?

No. The images show V3, our working prototype. The AcuSera you’ll wear does the same job in a smaller, lighter and more refined design.

Why two parts on the strap?

The main unit sits on top of your wrist, where it reads your signals. The P6 module sits on the inside of your wrist, where the vibration needs to land and where the EDA electrodes read your skin.

Is it safe to wear?

AcuSera uses a small vibration motor, the same kind of part that buzzes in phones and smartwatches, and sensors that rest against your skin. If you have a pacemaker or other implanted device, or a medical condition, ask your doctor before using any wearable that vibrates.

Is this a medical device?

No. AcuSera is a wellness wearable. It isn’t designed to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.

Does it replace treatment or medication?

No. Keep following your doctor’s plan, and ask them before adding any new device to it.
