Before you feel it
Your body often reacts before your mind catches up. Heart rate and sweat response start climbing while you’re still reading emails. AcuSera responds to the early rise, while it’s still small.

Some people don’t register stress until it peaks. AcuSera is a wearable that catches it early and responds on its own, with vibration therapy at the P6 acupoint in a slow wave you breathe along with.
If stress sets things off for you, timing matters. AcuSera is a wearable that detects stress as it builds and responds with vibration therapy at the P6 acupoint in a slow wave you breathe along with.
Sensors on both sides of your wrist track your heart, your skin and how you move, around the clock. Our algorithms turn those readings into a moment-by-moment picture of your stress.
AcuSera measures electrodermal activity (EDA): tiny changes in your skin’s sweat response, driven directly by your stress response. Most wearables don’t track it. Paired with your heart rhythm and movement, it tells real stress apart from a flight of stairs.
When stress builds, AcuSera starts vibration therapy at the P6 acupoint on your inner wrist. The same vibration guides your breathing: it swells for four seconds as you breathe in and fades for seven as you breathe out. No screen, nothing to tap, so you can keep doing what you were doing.
What you’re looking at is our working prototype, built to prove every part works together on the wrist. The AcuSera you’ll wear does everything V3 does in a smaller, lighter, more refined design, made to look good every day.
By the time you check the score, the meeting is over and the moment has passed. AcuSera does something about it on its own, while it’s happening.

Stress rarely waits for a quiet minute, and you rarely have one to give it. Three moments AcuSera is built for.

No time or space to open a meditation app. In a meeting, on a shift or in class, AcuSera responds right on your wrist. No screen, nothing to tap, and nobody else notices.
The game, the exam, the set. Follow the wave on your wrist: breathe in as it swells for four seconds, out as it fades for seven. A long, slow exhale while you wait your turn.
The blue line is your stress through the day. When it crosses the dashed line, AcuSera responds. A workout or a small rise doesn’t set it off.

A daily stress score, how fast you bounce back, and a heads-up before the time of day stress usually starts for you.

A gentle vibration on your inner wrist at P6 that swells and fades in a slow wave: about four seconds up as you breathe in, seven down as you breathe out. The vibration therapy and the breathing guide are the same thing, happening at once. You can change the pattern and the strength in the app.
Most smartwatches and rings show you a stress score, and a few send an alert. AcuSera responds on its own: when it detects stress building, it starts vibration therapy at the P6 acupoint, in a slow wave that guides your breathing. It also measures EDA, your skin’s sweat response, which most wearables don’t track.
It reads your heart rate, heart rate variability, EDA (your skin’s sweat response), skin temperature and movement together. Our model was trained and tested on lab stress sessions, and our clinical study will measure how it performs in everyday life. More on detection
Yes. The default wave is four seconds in, seven out. In the app you can switch to box breathing (equal counts in, hold, out, hold), 4-7-8 (in for 4, hold for 7, out for 8), or slow breathing at around six breaths a minute. The research behind each
P6 is an acupoint on the inner wrist, between the two tendons. It has been used in acupressure for centuries and studied in clinical research for decades. AcuSera delivers its vibration therapy right there. More on P6
Yes. The AcuSera app shows your stress score, your stress moments, how fast you recover, and the times of day stress tends to start for you.

No. The images show V3, our working prototype. The AcuSera you’ll wear does the same job in a smaller, lighter and more refined design.
The main unit sits on top of your wrist, where it reads your signals. The P6 module sits on the inside of your wrist, where the vibration needs to land and where the EDA electrodes read your skin.
AcuSera uses a small vibration motor, the same kind of part that buzzes in phones and smartwatches, and sensors that rest against your skin. If you have a pacemaker or other implanted device, or a medical condition, ask your doctor before using any wearable that vibrates.
No. AcuSera is a wellness wearable. It isn’t designed to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
